Sales Assistant | Pop-Up Shop 

Location: 1st Floor Studio, 4b Middle Brook St, Winchester. SO23 8AQ
Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time
Dates: Starting w/c 17 March

Are you passionate about fashion, customer service, and social media? The Well Worn, a sustainable and ethical fashion brand, is looking for a friendly and proactive Sales Assistant to join our pop-up shop team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers with purchases and styling advice
  • Handling sales and transactions
  • Packing and processing online orders
  • Helping with stock management and shop presentation
  • Creating engaging social media content to promote the pop-up
  • Providing excellent customer service and brand knowledge

What We’re Looking For:

  • Retail or customer service experience (preferred)
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and confident in engaging with customers
  • Interest in sustainable and ethical fashion
  • Basic knowledge of social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask

Are you an experienced seamstress with a passion for high-quality craftsmanship and sustainable fashion? The Well Worn, an ethical fashion brand, is looking for a skilled seamstress to join our team in our Winchester studio.

About the Role:

  • Position: Part-Time Seamstress
  • Days: 3 days per week
  • Location: 1st Floor Studio, 4b Middle Brook St, Winchester. SO23 8AQ
  • Industry: Sustainable, Ethical Fashion

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sewing dresses and blouses with precision and attention to detail
  • Working with industrial sewing machines
  • Following patterns and production guidelines
  • Ensuring high-quality standards in garment finishing
  • Collaborating with our small, dedicated team

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a factory setting or similar production environment
  • Proficiency in using industrial sewing machines
  • Strong understanding of garment construction
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
  • A keen interest in sustainable and ethical fashion
